Please ensure the item is sent back is complete and in the condition received.

We may still allow a return for a refund after the 28 days depending on the circumstance, so please get in touch.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for the courier to exchange the damaged unit for a good one.
