Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all goods within 2 working days. Postage to mainland UK including Highlands and Islands is free on all our goods. Normally multiple orders are sent in one consignment if how ever we need to send a split shipment we will inform you in advance. It is your responsibility to check the goods when they are delivered before you sign for it. If it is damaged then mark it as damaged when you sign for it. If you aren't able to check it for some reason then just mark it as unchecked.


We work hard to make sure that our products reach you in good condition and are as described. If however for any reason you would like to return any of your item(s) please contact us as soon as possible, they must be in their original condition (with packaging intact) within 30 days of the delivery date. We will either exchange the item or issue a full refund. Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns. If you would like to exchange or return your item please contact us as soon as you can so that we can process your request as swiftly as possible. Any non faulty/damaged item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the customers rights allows you to cancel the order up to 14 days after receiving goods.
